IVY Academic Network and IVY College of Management Sciences (ICMS) (together, “IVY”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and record, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including how to request deletion of your data.

It applies to our website ivyacademicnetwork.com, the IVY Academic Network mobile app (the “App”), and our online advertisements and enquiry forms (together, our “Services”).

Information collected automatically.

Log files: like most websites and apps, our servers record standard information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring and exit pages, and the pages or screens you view.
Device information: device model, operating system version, app version and language settings.
Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance data that help us keep the App working reliably.

Information from advertising platforms. When you respond to our ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok, we may receive the details you submit through lead forms, along with engagement data (such as clicks and form submissions) and general demographic data (such as age range and location) provided by those platforms.

To provide, operate and maintain the website and App.
To respond to your enquiries and give you information about our programmes, admissions, events and services.
To manage admissions, counselling and academic guidance that you request.
To send you service updates and, where you have opted in, notifications about news and events.
To understand how our Services are used so that we can improve them, and to measure how well our advertising works.
To keep our Services secure and to prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the site, including through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Third-party ad servers and ad networks may use cookies, JavaScript or web beacons in the ads and links that appear on our Services. These automatically receive your IP address and are used to measure ad performance and to personalise the ads you see. We do not have access to or control over cookies set by third-party advertisers.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry and marketing data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Admissions and student records may be kept for longer where educational or legal regulations require it.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Ask us to delete your personal information and, where applicable, your App account.
Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, by using the unsubscribe option in our messages, turning off notifications on your device, or contacting us.

How to request deletion: email it.support@rootsivy.edu.pk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address or with the phone number you used with us. If you have an App account, please include the email address linked to it. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for any records we are legally required to keep. We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.

10. Children's Information

Protecting children online is important to us. Our Services are intended for parents, guardians, applicants and students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor and guide their children’s online activity.

If you believe your child has given us personal information without your consent, please contact us at it.support@rootsivy.edu.pk and we will promptly remove it from our records.

11. Scope and Consent

This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities: the website, the App, and our online advertisements and forms. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels. By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
