Roots IVY International Schools offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), designed to nurture curious, confident, and internationally minded learners. Our IB PYP is uniquely integrated with the Oxford International Curriculum (OIC) to ensure both conceptual inquiry and academic rigour.
Age Range: 3–11 years
The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based curriculum framework that focuses on the holistic development of the child. Students engage in meaningful learning experiences that develop knowledge, skills, attitudes, and international-mindedness.

My career has been a dynamic transition across the educational landscape from the heartbeat of the classroom to the strategic heights of school management, career counselling and institutional leadership. As a practitioner, my professional philosophy is anchored in John Holland’s Theory of Vocational Choice, where I identify with the SAE (Social, Artistic, Enterprising) personality code.
This Helper core is the engine of my work; I am at my most effective when I am meeting, guiding, mentoring and above all, listening to students. I specialise in helping them architect their extracurricular profiles, turning their raw academic potential into a strategic roadmap for their life and career goals.
